Thanks to People magazine, I know that a) Elliott Yamin got veneers to replace his less than perfect teeth, and b) he has a record deal with Sony and will be releasing an album later this year.
I have mixed feelings about the teeth...I kind of liked the old ones because they gave his face character, but as long as he can still sing it's not my business. And the album, well, I will be pre-ordering it on Amazon because I LOVE ELLIOTT YAMIN.

Elliott the Orc has a record coming out? Excellent, he really was great.
Is that a snarky audition, dale? Yes, he was a bit of a snaggletooth, bless him.
He was so smooth with the voice though that he should have gone head to shoulder with Taylor.
I was trying to think of audition pieces Ms. Melinda June but can this count? Last year was the first year I watched and I found it fascinating and sickening at the same time.

I wonder, if Elliot would have fixed his teeth prior to the end of last season, he might have won the competition. That boy had pipes, and way better than Micheal McDonald, erm I mean Taylor Hicks.
I hope they get him the veneers and extra lung to push out all the notes he has too. Or it's back to the Shire for our Elliott. Elllllioooottt.
